Dammit, I really should have gone along! That museum looks a lot cooler than I remember from the old pics! And they have cool figures in their shop too! I'm starting to hate working on my master thesis, it makes me miss out on the good stuff. Don't forget to post the pics we made. I'll post mine, when I get the film developed. I shouldn't spare you guys RA's saucy striptease. ;D The museum was awesome. It was a chaotic one, toys all over the place including in the Brach's kneecap . But it was great. I like amaturistic museums, they are more cosy than others. It took us a sweet walk up there tho, the bus didn't seem to ride the entire day and it was right in the middle of nowhere. So instead of a walk after the busstop (21min) which I planned, we needed to walk the entire road from the trainstation to the museum. And it was LONG. Anyway, the toys you saw on the pictures were kinda plundered, there were now only lots of chinasaurs and, of course, some invicta dinosaurs. @ Jack, we made LOTS of pictures. I think we made pics of the entire museum, meeting and some of the restaurant too. RA has all of them. I can't wait to see them for myself ;D.

There's way too few places in Holland where they sell cool dinosaur figures these days anyway, no wonder they sold out here. Hope they get new stuff in some time.

i fear that the bus thing has to do with the fact that its supposed to be a "belbus" now..

Well there was a normal bus station there, with some normal time tables. No bus showed up at that time tho. And there was something like a NS-taxi station too, but that one was only to take folks to other NS stations in the neighbourhoods.

Well, as promised, here are some of the pictures we took during these awesome two days. First, over at Dutchallosaur's place, Raptorx85 and me And Dutchallosaur, looking very concerned about the meeting (just kidding ) The Holy 52!!! Any comment? And finally, the museum, where we were joined by Teddybier One of Oxmox's full-sized Rex head And the most pathetic JP bootleg ever. Yup, it has two left legs... Indeed, JP is everywhere... Oxmox's full-sized Deinonychus Looking at a Chasmosaurus, with my girlfriend right in the middle And yup, they had a huge lot of toys visitors could play with Brachiosaurus.... It was huge... Another view of the Brachio, with a Carnotaurus at the back JP3, anyone? Now, this stamp should remind you of something Or how about this? And next to the exit, they had this big graveyard, full of Ice-Age bones you could buy... Most impressive And indeed, there will definitely be another JP meeting. And this time, I'll make you discover how awesome is Belgium...

What, no picture of me? Good to see what Teddy looks like though, a shame I missed him (and the museum, and more Invicta Troodons and the fun you had without me ).

Wait a couple of months then, they're still doing renovations in some halls. I'll try to be there next time, as I live remotely close to Brussels.

It was really a great day I didn't even know we had such a museum in the Netherlands. A big thanks to Dutchallosaur for organizing this. And Roselaar, we'll meet each other on the next meeting.
