I thought those were called avatars or something like that. Can anybody tell me how to get a picture under my post?

Dude its pretty easy. 1st step. Find a picture. Just about any size, since it auto sizes it down to 100X100.
2nd step right click the picture, hit properties and copy the URL. Then go to mod. profile. Scroll down to where it says avatar. Paste the code in the designated area. The scroll up/down and hit the designated button to save your work. There you have it! Your avatar!
(sorry if it sounds sketchy. I was having trouble finding the right words!)
