Any and all of the last three weekends work well for me. Preferably on a Saturday though.

Thank you, Ankie! Weekends would be best, yes. All dates you suggested are fine for me.

Hi guys, I think I'll have to pass since I am going to get married at the end of July so I will in Italy and then in August we'll be visiting Japan!

Alright Mauro, congratulations! Make sure to post some pictures! As for the weekends, Dorien e-mailed me back. The meeting will be hosted on the 6th of August, at my place. I'll make arrangements for dinner for everyone.

Perhaps, I'm sure my dad is fine with us borrowing his TV again

There just happens to be a screening of JP in Eye on the 6th of august... 21.30, original 35mm print (so no 3D, but the real 1993 deal!). Perfect way to end the evening perhaps, even though it means a little bit of travel (in the right direction in my case, so that's fine with me! )?

Oh come y'all, you know fate when you see it! I just came back from a family lunch and was asked if I'm free for the yearly family outing - you've guessed it, it's planned on August 6. It's the only date the entire family is able to make it, as usual we will spend the day in the Efteling (family tradition). I won't be able to make it to see the film then.

We could reschedule the meeting. The film is also shown on 13, 20 and 27th August. I really think we should take this opportunity for a group meeting.

For me only the 13th of August would be available, as I'm in Spain for the others. I'll poke Dorien and see if she's available. Don't clear the 6th yet though, because she has to work quite a lot on Saturdays.
Another option would be the 16th of July, that's the other weekend that Dorien is available. She said she prefers it not to be that weekend though, but it might be an option if Neelis cannot come on the 6th.

16th of July (that's coming Saturday!) would be fine for me, but if Dorien has other plans that's not really working out.
August 13's fine. If we want to go see the film on the big screen, spending an afternoon in Amsterdam might be more practical than traveling to Soest and back? I'm sure we could find some dinosaur-related activity there!
