RIP Michael Clarke Duncan. Didn't know you had heart problems until it was too late, I will miss you in the movies. Great actor, unforgettable stature.

RIP, Ray Harryhausen. One of the greatest film legends has died but at least his work will live forever. I'm so glad I at least got to meet the man and thank him for all his movie marvels in person.

RIP! Truly great effects artist and animator. Without him, we wouldn't have many of our classic effects in films.

Aw man, and I was just rewatching Jason and the Argonauts earlier today wondering if I'd ever have a chance to meet him

RIP Richard Matheson. Currently watching The Twilight Zone and there's the occasional episode the man wrote that makes me shed a tear or two.

Yes, that was quite an unexpected, sudden demise. RIP Paul Walker.

RIP, Nelson Mandela. We saw it coming and we had time to prepare for it, but it's still a great loss to the world.

A great actor passes away much too early (though by his own fault it would appear). RIP, P.S.Hoffman.

When I heard about his passing I got extremely depressed very quickly. I never thought I would have been that sad over his death. It's always sad when someone loses a battle with addiction/drugs no matter how famous or not famous someone is.

RIP Harold Ramis.
Was possibly my favorite Ghostbuster and some of his movies are easily among my favorite comedies of all-time.
