I didn't know there was a thread like this So sad to see so many iconic people go. The thread almost went R.I.P itself. It's sad moments like these that justify its existence, unfortunately.

Very sad news. It was not unexpected though, he had been battling cancer for a while now. Still, he will be sorely missed...

Richard Hatch from Battlestar Galactica famed has passed away too Another loss. Never saw the original, but loved him in the re-imagined series. One of the greatest Sci-Fi shows ever made!

I'm very sad to see him gone. I know I hadn't seen him in a lot lately, but he was always one of my favorite childhood actors. Loved him in movies like Twister. Plus, Hudson was always my favorite Colonial Marine.

"Seeing her coming out of the darkness like a ghost ship, it still gets me every time...to see the sad ruin of the great ship sitting here, where she landed at 2:30 in the morning, April 15, 1912, after her long fall from the world above."- Brock Lovett played by Bill Paxton, first lines from my favorite movie of all time (no, it is not JP, believe it or not).
This one hit me hard since he's in a ton of movies I love. He would have totally fit in a JP movie if you think about it!

Hold up, there's an R.I.P. thread--and no one mourned David Bowie? How?
