Rey is really nice to look at.... I still prefer Leia in that metal bikini. But she's certainly appealing. And so far, she seems a better actress than Carrie Fisher was back in the days as well.

Love the new trailer. It's saying something when that one trailer is better than all three prequels. I also really like that poster. I may get one and frame it. Your joking right?

About the trailer or the poster? About the trailer being better than the prequels Not joking at all. The prequels were enjoyable, but suffered from some really bad acting and an overuse of CGI. It was like watching a cartoon at times and I found myself favoring the OTC. With this new movie it looks like there are more actual sets as opposed to green screen, and actual people instead of digitally added in people. I'm serious when I say I enjoyed this latest trailer more than all three prequels. IMO The Force Awakens is going to beat the prequels in ever way possible and I'm very excited for it.

To be fair, the prequels didn't start to look bland until after the Phantom Menace. I mean, at least the Jedi COuncil room existed in that film, instead of CG and stock footage making up the council in AotC. Of course, when TPM is the most sub-par entry, it doesn't help.
Though of course not every set in AotC was CG'd either, like Dex's Diner. A lot of the Mustafar control rooms were real too, minus green windows for computer displays.

At some point in the new movies...I betting we see Rey in something as intising as a metal bikini.. maybe... and hey then there phasma in chromed out armor...the imagination can do alot there...lol. Carrie fisher looked nice in her metal bikini and that was a surprise to see her like that at the time for me anyway. but I never found her all that appealing in the rest of her screen time in general... im excited to see more then one female lead in the star wars movie.. thats a good thing.

That's that over with.
Maybe spoilers to follow:
It was pretty good, but it's not like the Second Coming or anything. It's a fun ride with many moments for the fans and some decent but not wholly unexpected twists, including a shock. The new cast holds up well next to the old. Special effects are awesome, digital FX are great, even in 3D. But the plot is overly convenient and too often just a little too familiar to make a big impression. Nevertheless, it's a huge improvement over the likes of Episode I.
8/10.

The Force Awakens: I clapped, I laughed, I was blown away... and I cried. I cried so hard! I cried harder than I ever have over any fictional story! The story is fantastic, and so well written I don't even mind that a few of the scenes rehash from the OT a bit. The effects were absolutely flawless, I couldn't find a single thing I disliked about them even if I tried. I guarantee, the trailers and TV spots only show 10% of what's there! Absolutely lives up to the hype, I guarantee it!
10/10 - I didn't even give that to Jurassic World!

I clapped, I laughed, I was blown away... and I cried. You know a movie is good when you: -Laugh -Cheer -Cry I also did all three. When you have that kind of emotional response to a movie......it's just magical. No other way to put it.
