Luke only cried in Empire Strikes Back, when it was revealed that the bad guy was his father. So... Probably that's why. And I love how everyone picked that out of the reasons I didn't like the movie. Now it seems that's apparently the only reason. But uncle oweeeeen! I was going to toche station to pick up some power converters! Life just isn't fair! Stupid Uncle Owen... He broke his promise

And yet nobody calls Luke a whiny little bitch. People just have to pick on everything. Cause you know the Original Trilogy is just so flawless. Ha Luke only cried in Empire Strikes Back, when it was revealed that the bad guy was his father. So... Probably that's why. And I love how everyone picked that out of the reasons I didn't like the movie. Now it seems that's apparently the only reason. Who said it was your only reason? I was only insinuating that at least one of your arguments was a weak one that's become something similar to a meme or Facebook copypasta. Just the term "whiny little bitch" is flawed. It doesn't even make sense in most (but not all) situations. However, Adam Driver is... Well, Adam Driver. However, I do like the fact that he isn't some scarred beast like Vader. He's just a normal kid, which probably makes it more tragic. I suppose the "little bitch" comes in somewhere in his backstory, but apparently Snoke (Incredibly silly name, btw) just twisted him that badly. Oh, also: I was pumped to see Constable Zuvio, because his figures looked cool and it's neat to see Kyuzos. I saw the film twice, never saw him, and then I learned that all of his scenes were stripped from the film. I guess I have to wait for the BluRay/DVD now. Although he may be an inconspicuous backgroun character, it seems there was significant amount of devlopment for him, so he may have had a small role on Jakku. I'm just going to guess that he was cut for pacing issues or because it may have just slowed the story down if we got to meet everyone on Jakku in detail.

I never said "little" Oh, and Snoke sucked too. Emperor ripoff.

Snoke is an incredibly silly name. This is true.

Isn't the Emperor's real name Sheev or something?

I've seen this movie 3 times now, loved it.
I loved Kylo Ren's violent outbursts, his Vader worship and his insecurities about not being as cool as his Grandfather. This was a very clever way to go with a new Star Wars villain, incorporating the creators' anxieties about creating a villain in Vader's shadow into the fabric of the character.

Isn't the Emperor's real name Sheev or something? In this galaxy only those with embarrassing names try to take on the galaxy. Compensation, clearly.

Saw TFA yesterday, liked it. There is one thing that's unclear, though. It sure has similarities with A New Hope in terms of narrative structure but how exactly does that make it a "Version 2.0" like some people accuse it of being? I think Finn's story was very original in how it gives some highlight to the First Order and shows that not everyone fighting for the antagonists are necessarily expendable goons but real human beings. Kylo's development was also something that believable villains need to have to be interesting and not stuck up stereotypes.

Obviously she does not wear enough black for Monopoly. Now for the Phasma merchandise...why Hasbro? It's not like one can tell anyways that she is a woman unless she speaks or removes that helmet. I'm rather partial to this one myself: Didn't expect the No.1 Vader fanboy to be that tough.

Didn't Palpatine only use his force powers to levitate heavy objects and zap people with lightning? If so, who's to say who is and who isn't a stronger force user than him even if we see someone like Kylo use it more in a later installment? It's quite insufficient evidence to make conclusions from if you ask me. In the same way, people who treat Kylo as a pansy because he emotes to others and happens to lose to a female character in a fight WHILE VISIBLY BLEEDING from severe wounds received earlier reeks of self-fulfilling nitpicking. What is with the internet forcing specific patterns in how people conclude? All you need is a small detail to provoke the same regurgitation for every subject.
